What This Covers

This policy covers the Kanoo public website and private beta waitlist. Kanoo is currently a private-beta mobile app, so product flows may change as the beta improves. If the mobile app introduces additional data practices, Kanoo may provide more specific notices inside the app.

Information We Collect

The website form may collect your email address, preferred platform, city, how you save places, what makes planning difficult, first intended use case, saved-place count, feature interest, pricing interest, referral fields, and UTM campaign fields. These research questions are optional except for email.

Kanoo may also collect basic website analytics such as page views, CTA clicks, form-start events, form-submit events, product-media views, browser/device context, and referrer or campaign information.

How We Use Information

Kanoo uses this information to manage private beta access, understand which platform people need, learn how people currently save places, improve product direction, respond to requests, and measure whether the website clearly explains the product.

Service Providers

The website is built for Vercel hosting and may use Tally for form capture, Vercel Web Analytics, Plausible, Google Analytics, and email tools used by Kanoo to respond to beta requests. These providers process information to operate the website, analytics, form, and follow-up workflow. Kanoo does not sell personal information collected through the website waitlist.

Retention And Deletion

Kanoo keeps waitlist and research information while it is useful for beta access, product research, and operating the website. You can ask Kanoo to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing stephen@kanoo.co.

Third-Party Links

The website may link to third-party services such as Instagram, Tally, analytics providers, maps, and app distribution services. Their own policies apply when you use those services.
